Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Pokud objednávka ještě nebyla odeslána, napište nám co nejdříve na e-mail (he***@*******nd.cz) a pokusíme se vám vyjít vstříc.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually prepared and shipped within a few business days. During busy periods or launches, processing may take a little longer - thank you for your patience and support.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We currently ship orders using Packeta / Zásilkovna delivery services.
Can I return products within 14 days?
Ano, zboží můžete vrátit do 14 dnů od převzetí bez udání důvodu. Stačí nám napsat na e-mail (he***@*******nd.cz) a my vám pošleme další instrukce. Zboží je potřeba vrátit nepoužité a v původním stavu. Peníze vracíme do 14 dnů od doručení vráceného zboží.
