SHIPPING, PAYMENT & RETURNS<\/b><\/span><\/h2>

1. Shipping and Delivery<\/b><\/span><\/h3>

Orders are shipped using delivery services available through the Online Store, particularly providers such as Z\u00e1silkovna, Bal\u00edkovna, or other available shipping carriers.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method and are always displayed before completing the order.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Orders are processed continuously and are usually dispatched within 2\u20135 business days from receipt of the order or confirmation of payment. During periods of increased demand, dispatch times may be extended.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Once the shipment has been dispatched, the Buyer will receive tracking information where available.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Upon delivery, the Buyer is advised to inspect the condition of the package. In the event of visible damage to the packaging, we recommend refusing the shipment or reporting the issue to the carrier without undue delay.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

2. Payment Terms<\/b><\/span><\/h3>

The Buyer may pay for the order using one of the payment methods available in the Online Store, particularly online card payment, bank transfer, or cash on delivery where available.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Payment is due according to the selected payment method. In the case of non-cash payment, the order is considered paid once the relevant amount has been credited to the Seller\u2019s bank account.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

All prices listed in the Online Store are final prices and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

3. Complaints and Rights Arising from Defective Goods<\/b><\/span><\/h3>

The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods are free from defects upon receipt and correspond to the description provided in the Online Store.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Due to the handmade or small-batch nature of Everbound Studio products, minor variations in color, cut, or small details may occur. Such variations are natural characteristics of handmade production and are not considered defects.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

The Buyer is entitled to submit a complaint if the goods are defective, particularly if the goods:<\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • arrive damaged<\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • do not correspond to the order<\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • or contain a manufacturing defect.<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    The Seller undertakes to process complaints without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the date the complaint is submitted.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

    If the complaint is accepted, the Buyer may be entitled to:<\/span><\/span><\/p>

    • replacement of the goods,<\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • repair where possible,<\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • a reasonable discount,<\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • or a refund.<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      The method of resolving the complaint shall always be agreed individually with the Buyer.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

      4. Costs Related to Complaints<\/b><\/span><\/h3>

      In the event of a justified complaint, the Seller shall bear the costs associated with returning the goods.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

      In the event of an unjustified complaint, the Buyer may be asked to cover the costs associated with returning the goods.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

      5. Final Provisions<\/b><\/span><\/h3>

      This document supplements the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and serves as a simplified overview of shipping, payment, and complaint procedures.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

      These conditions become effective on 13.06.2026.<\/span><\/span><\/p>
